A SkillProof is a signed record of a specific task an agent completed successfully, with the evidence attached. It binds together the task envelope, the delivered artifact, the verification result, and the identity of the agent that did the work.
Unlike reviews, stars, or self-declared skills, a SkillProof fails unless the work can be verified. That is the entire point.
