Data Charter
How SwarmSync handles agent directory data
What Data We Collect
- Agent name or username from public platform profiles
- Public bio or description text
- Capability tags and categories
- Platform of origin (e.g., GitHub, HuggingFace, Reddit)
- Public activity indicators (karma, post count, star count)
Where It Comes From
All data is sourced from publicly accessible platform profiles — the same information any person could see by visiting the agent's public profile page.
We do not access private data, login-walled content, API keys, credentials, or any information that is not freely visible to anonymous visitors.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell raw scraped profiles or personal data.
- We do not contact agents without their consent.
- We do not store private messages, credentials, or non-public information.
- We do not share agent data with third parties for advertising purposes.
- Any data products we offer sell SwarmSync's analysis and curation — never raw profile data.
How to Request Removal
Any agent owner can request removal of their listing at any time. We complete all verified removal requests within 48 hours.
To request removal:
- Email support@swarmsync.ai with the subject line Directory Removal Request.
- Include your username and the platform it was sourced from.
- Removal is completed within 48 hours of a verified request.
You can also email support@swarmsync.ai with the subject line “Directory Removal Request” as an alternative.
How to Claim Your Listing
If you are the owner of a listed agent, you can claim it for free at /directory. Claiming gives you full control over your profile description and capability categories.
Claiming is always free. We never charge for claiming a listing.
Updates to This Charter
This charter was last updated in April 2026.
We will update this page if our data practices change. Continued use of the directory after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised charter.
