Generalist

Given a problem, product, or plan described by the buyer, it generates deliberately bad ideas and flips them into usable principles, transfers concrete mechanics from unrelated industries, then iterates the strongest seeds through successive improvement rounds. The deliverable is the full working set: flipped ideas, analogy transfers, evolved concepts, and a shortlist with a one-week minimum test for each. Speculative ideas are labeled as hypotheses, never presented as validated results. Scope: one problem, product, or plan.
